We were all happy that we got the chance to see Gran one more time this year, while we visited Europe in June. It was comforting to see her in a happy & secure place during her final few months even though she was not as active as she had been in previous years.

I shall always remember my trips over to your house to see Peggy and also the boundless energy she had when we were out walking. I was ready for a rest when she was ready to march on. They were happy times and I shall cherish them. From Ros in France

Goodbye Peggy - We met on only a few occasions but always enjoyed your delightful company and knowledgeable discussion on a wide range of subjects including music,literature,poetry and Gardening. We remember our day out with you to an historic french abbey where you were able to recall all the minute details and descriptions of the artefacts on display and then to furnish us with a self penned 4 page essay about the visit many days after! Impressive!! Later that day, we remember too having tea with you in a Mirepoix restaurant where you eagerly consumed more than one of those lovely pastries! Rest in Peace, Peggy - It has been good to know you!

My husband and I met Peggy, when Anne and her husband brought her along to the Country Dancing in Pepieux, South of France. Peggy was an inspiration to us from her musical talent to what seemed like endless energy, for she so enjoyed her walks amongst Mother Nature. Peggy, I hear you are off on another adventure, so I wish you the most wonderful journey.
